We are looking for a creative and organised Content Producer to join our marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conceptualising, filming, and editing video contentand is confident taking initiative and leading direction during shoots.
You will attend client meetings, plan production materials, handle camera work, and edit videos across formats, while working closely with our marketing and design teams to bring every project to life.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
- Attend client meetings to understand project direction and requirements
- Contribute ideas and develop concepts for interviews, brand videos, events, and short-form social content
- Prepare scripts/video copy, moodboards, storyboards, shot lists, and filming schedules
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure creative alignment
- Assist in scouting locations and coordinating logistics for shoots
Production
- Handle camera work for interviews, reels, events, BTS content, and other video formats
- Take initiative on set and direct talent or participants to achieve strong, effective scenes
- Support on-site shoots such as IGS event coverage, photography and livestreams
Post-Production
- Edit videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Apply basic motion elements (text, transitions, simple effects)
- Work with the design team for graphics or advanced animation when needed
- Ensure final outputs meet brand standards and project objectives
Who We're Looking For
- Extroverted and confident in sharing ideas
- Strong communicator with great teamwork skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable directing people during shoots
- Passionate about video storytelling and hands-on content creation
Experience
- Have 13 years of experience OR
- Have done freelancing work, school projects, passion projects, or videography as a hobby, as long as you have a portfolio to showcase your work
- Salary range for this position: SGD$2,800 - $3,200
- This is a fully in-person position based in Singapore
Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing, audio editing and image processing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Camera Raw, Audition, Audacity)
- Able to handle cameras, basic lighting setups, and audio equipment
- Familiar with short-form and long-form video formats across social platforms
- Good command of English
- Portfolio demonstrating filming, editing, and conceptualisation skills
