Content Creation (60%)
- Conceptualize: Design compelling story arcs, character identities, and thematic structures for digital media.
- Direct AI Models: Craft high-level creative directives to guide generative models toward specific artistic styles, tones, and moods.
- Content Assembly: Produce polished, media segments (1–3 minutes) by curating and synthesizing various created components.
- Creative Iteration: Refine outputs through precise stylistic adjustments, focusing on pacing, aesthetic feel, and the selection of the best possible takes.
Quality Evaluation (25%)
- Rate AI-generated content against human-produced benchmarks on: emotional impact, visual coherence, voice naturalness, pacing, narrative hook strength
- Identify failure modes: uncanny valley moments, continuity breaks, dialogue that feels off, visual artifacts
- Maintain a quality log documenting what works, what doesn't, and patterns in output quality
- Participate in blind A/B evaluations comparing contents from difference sources.
Tool Feedback (15%)
- Document friction points, bugs, and workflow bottlenecks
- Suggest new features or adjustments
- Help define what good enough looks like for AI-generated content
Key Requirements:
- Strong storytelling
- understand narrative structure, pacing, cliffhangers, and emotional beats Comfort with AI tools
- you've used ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar generative AI tools and are excited (not intimidated) by them Visual sensibility
- you can evaluate whether a generated scene looks right, feels natural, maintains character consistency Attention to detail
- you notice when something is slightly off (wrong lip sync, inconsistent lighting, unnatural dialogue)
