Role Overview
This role is responsible for shaping Top DEX's brand narrative and overseeing all external-facing content.
A Native English Speaker is required.
The position focuses primarily on content review and narrative development, with approximately 30% PR responsibility for media relations in Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities
Content (70%)
- Perform final review of all in-house content including campaign pages, marketing copy, announcements, and product content.
- Review and maintain consistency across Gitbook, the company website, and product documentation.
- Contribute to the structure and narrative refinement of the product whitepaper.
- Draft and refine key executive communication such as CEO (Leonard)s panel scripts, keynote speeches, and interview materials.
- Build and enhance Aster's global narrative framework to ensure a unified brand voice.
Public Relations (30%)
- Build and maintain media relationships across Europe and North America (crypto + tech media).
- Support PR strategy execution, including press releases, media pitching, and editorial review.
- Monitor industry narratives to ensure Aster's communication stays competitive, aligned, and forward-looking.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Native English speaker (mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience in content-related roles (Web3, Fintech, or Crypto preferred)
- Strong storytelling and narrative-building capability with a strategic/macro perspective
- Ability to independently execute high-quality final content review
- Deep understanding of Western content logic, tone, and communication style
- Ability to manage both content and PR tasks, with strong external communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience writing or editing whitepapers, Gitbook documentation, or technical long-form content
- Existing relationships with EU/US crypto or tech media
- Experience supporting CEO/executive-level communication
- Familiarity with perpetual futures or derivatives products
