About Omnicom Media
Omnicom Media is the world's #1 media network — ranked best performing global media group by RECMA, the industry's definitive independent benchmarking authority, earning the top position globally and across all four regions: North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
Our competitive edge is built on the industry's most advanced technology ecosystem: Acxiom RealID™ for identity resolution, Flywheel for commerce intelligence, and Omni™ — our proprietary AI-powered marketing operating system. At Omnicom Media, we don't just plan and buy media. We design dynamic Growth Ecosystems that help the world's most ambitious brands grow faster and smarter.
We are a content and creative agency that operates at the intersection of brand, culture, and commerce. Partnerships are increasingly central to how the best brands grow — through creators, platforms, co-branded content, and media relationships that extend reach and credibility far beyond what owned channels alone can deliver. We are looking for a Content Partnerships Manager who can identify, develop, and activate high-value partnerships across the full spectrum: influencer and creator, platform, brand, and media. This is a commercially minded, creatively ambitious role for someone who knows how to make connections that count.
The role reports to the Content Account Director.
3 Best Things About the Job
- You will own the partnerships function across a portfolio of client accounts: building relationships with creators, platforms, brands, and media partners that deliver real commercial and creative value.
- You will work at the front edge of how content and partnerships are evolving from creator commerce and platform co-productions to co-branded campaigns and syndication deals that are redefining how brands show up.
- You will have the scope to build something meaningful: developing partnerships frameworks, creator ecosystems, and commercial structures that become a genuine competitive advantage for the agency and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate platform partnerships with key social media platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and others), leveraging platform relationships to access beta programmes, content funds, preferred partner benefits, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Source and develop brand and commercial partnership opportunities such as co-branded content, sponsorships, cross-promotional collaborations that create incremental value for clients beyond the immediate media plan.
- Explore and negotiate media and content syndication partnerships, including publisher relationships, content licensing arrangements, and distribution deals that extend the reach of client content.
- Build and maintain a robust network of creator, platform, brand, and media contacts across the Singapore and broader Southeast Asian market.
- Collaborate with content strategists, account leads, and creative teams to ensure partnerships are strategically integrated into campaign narratives and deliver against client objectives.
- Develop partnership briefs, proposals, and commercial frameworks that clearly articulate value for both client and partner, and support client-facing presentations where relevant.
- Track, evaluate, and report on partnership performance, establishing clear KPIs, measuring outcomes against objectives, and surfacing learnings that strengthen future partnerships.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in the creator economy, influencer marketing, platform monetisation, and brand collaboration: translating these into tangible opportunities for agency clients.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, or content marketing within an agency, media owner, platform, or brand environment.
- Proven track record of developing and activating platform, brand, or media partnerships that delivered measurable commercial and creative outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen: comfortable negotiating deals, building business cases, scoping partnership value, and managing budgets.
- Deep knowledge of the social media and creator ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills: you are credible, warm, and trusted by partners and clients alike.
- Ability to think both strategically and exceptionally: you can define a partnerships vision and then roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling partnership proposals and present them confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline; relevant industry experience and network may be considered in lieu.
- Contract Terms: This is a 12-month contract role based in Singapore. Candidates must be available for the full duration of the contract.
