Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end content operations for the US equities market, including real-time market commentary, breaking news, event analysis, and theme-driven content during trading hours.
  • Develop and execute precision user engagement strategies via personalized delivery channels to boost retention, activity, and trading conversion.
  • Design data-backed content frameworks and trading-focused campaigns to drive user transaction volume, deposit growth, and overall business growth.
  • Monitor core operational metrics, conduct regular analysis, and iterate content strategies to continuously improve efficiency and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality, timeliness, and compliance in a global fintech environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of content operations experience in cross-border finance, online brokerage, or fintech platforms with a US equities focus.
  • Deep knowledge of US equity markets, macroeconomics, earnings, and market-moving events; able to capture trends quickly under real-time pressure.
  • Proven expertise in user lifecycle management, personalized reach, and data-driven growth tactics.
  • Strong trading-oriented mindset with a track record of using content to lift user conversion and trading activity.
  • High self-motivation, ability to work flexibly during trading hours, and strong attention to detail and compliance.
