Respond to reported risk cases in a timely and accurate manner, via internal platforms and support tools
Summarize and classify the feedback cases reported weekly, work with product and tech teams to formulate solutions
Responsible for building up risk control policy and process, Work to promote transparency and understanding of policies, Educate internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with our processes
Develop user education programs to enhance user security awareness
Assist in the construction and optimization of internal platforms and tools, and be responsible for promotion.
