Job Description:
- Migrate content from the existing LEARN DC system to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transferred content and data.
- Work closely with the technical team to facilitate a smooth transition and resolve any migration-related issues.
- Provide Level 1 support to stakeholders, assisting with troubleshooting of technical issues related to content development on the new platform.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and deliver timely, effective solutions.
- Perform other related duties to support the transition process as required.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in content migration preferably in a Learning Management System or SharePoint
- Available immediately.
