Content Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Content & Community Marketing: Lead content and community marketing initiatives to grow and scale the referral (RF) channel, driving user acquisition through organic and community-based growth strategies.
• Offline B2B Partnerships: Identify, develop, and manage cross-industry (异业) partnerships and offline B2B channels to expand acquisition opportunities beyond digital marketing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in content marketing, community marketing, growth marketing, or partnership development (ideally within education, consumer, or B2C industries).
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required, given the role's focus on Chinese-speaking audiences and content.
• Proven track record of building or scaling referral/community-driven growth channels.
• Experience developing and managing B2B or cross-industry partnerships is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven growth environment.
