Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Creative Concept & Content Production

  • Lead the creation of compelling visual and narrative content for movie trailers, teasers, promotional videos, product introduction materials, and streaming platform content.

  • Translate marketing and distribution briefs into creative concepts and guide them through execution (storyboarding, scripting, production, post-production, and final delivery).

Content Strategy & Storytelling

  • Develop content strategies that enhance audience engagement and support campaign objectives for cinema releases, digital/streaming platforms, events, and merchandising.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, licensing, distribution, and regional teams to coordinate timelines, approvals, and campaign alignment.

  • Work with Japan HQ and regional teams to localize and adapt global content for theatrical, streaming, and digital distribution in the Asian market.

Project & Production Management

  • Oversee creative project pipelines, manage production budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time.

  • Coordinate with production crews, editors, designers, and vendors to ensure seamless content execution across media channels and distribution platforms.

Distribution Support

  • Assist in planning and coordinating content delivery for theatrical releases, streaming services, and digital platforms.

  • Support collaboration with distribution partners and platforms to ensure timely rollout of content and promotional materials.

  • Track and report content performance across distribution channels to guide future creative and marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

  • With 5 - 7 years of experience in content creation, creative production, or marketing within entertainment, media, or related industries.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling, visual media production, and campaign execution.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with video production tools, digital asset management, and content distribution platforms.
