About E-commerce

TikTok Shop is a discovery-based E-Commerce platform dedicated to becoming the first choice for users to discover and get good products at good prices. In multiple scenarios such as livestream E-Commerce and video content E-Commerce fields, the international E-Commerce business hopes to provide a more personalized, proactive and efficient consumption experience for global users, provide good platform services for merchants, and achieve our mission of to sell good things with a good price easier to make life better at user's fingertips.

1.Responsible for short video and live streaming related products, overseeing modules such as content supply, traffic mechanisms, conversion efficiency, and user experience.

2.Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis, industry research, and user studies, and design and implement corresponding product solutions.

3.Collaborate closely with R&D, design, legal, and other cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and iterate strategies, continuously improving creator operations and user engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above.

- Minimum 3 years of e-commerce product experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong product sense and business insight, able to identify key issues from complex business scenarios, develop product roadmaps, and execute them effectively.

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and drive alignment across teams passionate and responsible.
