About the Role
We are looking for a curious and motivated Content Intern with a strong foundation in writing and communications. This role is well suited for recent graduates who want hands-on experience in content creation and cross-team collaboration.
As a Content Intern, you will support the creation of articles and written materials while working closely with relevant departments to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.
No prior industry experience is required although an understanding of the blockchain, fintech, or financial services sectors would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and writing articles, blog posts, and/or other educational content.
- Help edit, proofread, and refine drafts to improve clarity, flow, and readability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for content.
- Support the planning and updating of content calendars and ongoing content projects.
- Adapt content based on feedback and guidelines provided by the team.
- Conduct basic research on market trends and relevant topics to support content development.
- Help organize content files, references, and internal documentation.
Requirements
- University graduate with a background in Arts & Humanities, Language, Communications, Media Studies, or related fields.
- Must be fluent in both English and Chinese with strong written English skills to liaise with counterpart collegues
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback positively.
- Basic organizational skills and the ability to manage simple deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a team environment and communicating with different departments.
- Interest in digital products, markets, or technology is a plus but not mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing articles, blogs, or long-form content (personal portfolio, university publications, or internships).
- Familiarity with content management systems or basic SEO principles.
- Ability to read or write in additional languages.
- Internship or project experience in writing, media, or communications.
