Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with content and media agencies to execute regional campaigns, including flagship digital transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal communications assets, client email campaigns, campaign materials, microsite development for lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Manage the content calendar, create marketing communications copy and banner assets, and schedule posts across digital channels such as LinkedIn, search engines, and third-party platforms.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives and events, including online registration, booth content assets, gamification activities, and social media posting.
  • Lead and coordinate content submissions for Product Marketing initiatives on internal communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce content for campaigns, whitepapers, and external awards submissions.
  • Lead and coordinate selected awards and polls programs.
  • Coordinate award-win announcements and amplify client case study promotions.
  • Support the budget management process to ensure proper cost control and effective budget utilization.
