Content /Document Translator Consultant

Role Overview: (Work From Home - Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities

• Translate emails, messages, and operational cases from Chinese/Thai Language to English Language
• Handle 20–40 cases per day, including backlog (200 cases)
• Translate both full documents and specific sections/fields
• Work with content from emails, PEGA workbaskets, and internal systems
• Ensure accuracy in financial services / trading-related terminology
• Support translation of documents, forms, bank statements, and screenshots

Document Types & Formats

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF
• JPEG, PNG (including scanned documents & screenshots)
• MP4 and email-based content

Requirements

• This is a translation role requiring candidates to convert Chinese or Thai-language content into English.
• Proficiency in either language is therefore a core job requirement, not a general preference.
• Experience handling short-form and document-based translations
• Familiarity with financial services / trading terminology (generic level)
• Ability to work in Australian business hours (GMT +10)
• Comfortable working with various document formats and systems

Additional Scope

• Exposure to structured data / information extraction is a plus
• Output format should remain as close as possible to original document
