Content Designer / UX Writer

Salary: Up to $8500/month

Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Location: Punggol / Labrador Park (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

Looking for a skilled Content Designerto join a product team. You will craft clear, human-centered content across mobile apps and web platforms, translating complex technical or policy requirements into simple, everyday language, and helping users feel confident and informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine microcopy across app and web journeys (authentication, onboarding, consent, recovery flows).

• Translate complex technical or policy requirements into clear, user-friendly language.

• Design system messaging (error states, notifications, prompts) that builds user confidence.

• Improve support content and align it with in-product messaging.

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Support.

• Contribute to tone, voice, and content standards across the product ecosystem.

Job Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or product content.

• Experience working on digital products (mobile apps and/or web platforms).

• Prior experience in fintech, payments, digital identity, cybersecurity, or other regulated environments preferred.

• Experience designing for authentication, onboarding, consent, or trust-sensitive workflows is an advantage.

• Strong UX writing and microcopy skills, with the ability to simplify technical or policy-heavy concepts.

• Experience working in design tools (e.g., Figma) and collaborating in agile product teams.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills familiarity with accessibility and inclusive language preferred.
