As a Content Designer you will design with words and stories. Together with some of the brightest minds here in Aleph, you bring clarity to projects, and turn content strategies into compelling stories across platforms. Through your craft of writing and communication, you take strategic insights, apply design thinking, and create thoughtful experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and media channels.
- Create and edit copy, visuals, and multimedia content for all digital channels.
- Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and adheres to best practices for web accessibility and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements.
- Use data and user feedback to iterate on content and improve its effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain content style guides and other documentation to ensure consistency and quality across all digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content design, UX writing, and communications.
- Ability to understand, gather UX requirements, translate briefs to come up with unique content strategy and innovative solutions.
- Possess communication skills when interacting with customers, business team, and the design team.
- Have great time and task management solutions to working on complex projects.
- Represent the spirit of Aleph to be the greatest creative engineering studio in Aleph.

Prerequisites
- Experience Record
You have 3+ years of experience creating delightful experiences through content across user interfaces, large scale websites, or applications. You take a strong hands-on approach to creative work and have a strong portfolio of work. - Presentation and Storytelling
Strong communication skills, both written and oral and able to articulate and defend content design decisions. - Content Strategy
Connecting business goals with user needs that inform taxonomy, content prioritization, and design. - Copywriting
Able to create creative compelling narratives and stories for different mediums such as value proposition, etc. - UX Writing
Create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content optimized for technology, accessibility, and user experience. - Content Design Fundamentals and Tools
Working knowledge in content fundamentals (E.g. Conceptualising, content prioritization & optimisation, brand tone & voice, measuring content success etc) and related tools (E.g. Keynote, Figma, Microsoft Suite etc). - Team Skills
Able to work with a cross-functional team including designers, project managers, and developers to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements. - Attention to Detail
Fearlessly creative and meticulous about the quality of craft and attention to detail-self-motivated and committed to delivering consistently, independently or in a team.
