Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality, authentic short-form video content on location throughout Singapore
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, ensuring strong hooks, captions, and audio selection
- Adapt content for multiple Instagram formats, including carousels and Stories
- Create both organic and paid social content that drives engagement and shares
- Stay updated on Instagram trends and best practices to optimize content performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with brand and campaign objectives
- Manage project timelines and deliverables independently
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience creating social media content, especially for Instagram Reels, Stories, and carousels
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high engagement and shareability, ideally in lifestyle, F&B, travel, or experiential sectors
- Proficient in mobile video shooting and editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush)
- Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and audience preferences
- Ability to work independently on location across Singapore
- Excellent storytelling, visual composition, and copywriting skills for captions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
