We are now looking for Content Creator to support our Creative & Digital team. This is a full-time role.

Production

• Support ideation and pre-production: brainstorming, storyboarding, logistics, and shoot prep
• Shoot photo and video content using smartphones, mirrorless cameras, and basic production equipment
• Edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent; apply motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions optimised for digital platforms
• Capture behind-the-scenes, event, interview, and lifestyle content as required
• Manage raw footage, assets, and project files; conduct quality checks on all deliverables
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Managers, and Creatives to execute content effectively

Social Media

• Create short- and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Develop platform-specific content angles tailored to different audiences and formats
• Stay current on trends and viral formats to keep content fresh and relevant
• Support content planning and scheduling; adapt assets into platform-first formats for engagement and reach

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with CapCut, Davinci Resolve, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or AI editing tools is a plus
• Strong eye for framing, composition, pacing, and storytelling; comfortable shooting in fast-paced environments
• Social media savvy with a solid grasp of current digital trends and content formats
• Organised, communicative, collaborative, and receptive to feedback
• Portfolio, social media page, or sample work demonstrating photography/videography and editing skills

Bonus

• Experience managing brand or personal social media accounts
• Comfortable on camera or directing talent
• Photography background in events, lifestyle, or corporate settings
• Enjoys experimenting with new formats, AI tools, and emerging platforms
