The Innovation team creates and charts new paths and products within the agency, transforming and disrupting our traditional ways of working. The team thrives in an ever-changing environment and are ready to experiment and pivot with new client demand and industry movements.

Our internship is calling for individuals with design superpowers, a dash of creativity, and tech skills that breathe life into ideas! If you're all about disrupting norms and crafting offline and online content that turns heads, you're the one we seek!

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Manager and creative content team in Singapore to support clients with content marketing ideas
• Conceptualize, create, design and produce digital assets to support campaigns for social channels, content hubs, and creative content
• Dive into the action—pitch, storyboard, shoot, and work your editing magic on original social media video content (like TikToks/reels).
• Be the behind-the-scenes hero, supporting the team during video shoots.
• Propose and copywrite simple social media copy to accompany content
• Engage in brainstorming sessions and craft fresh content proposals, scouting for awesome creative references.
• Explore prompt Engineering for AI products to help automate menial tasks/ supercharge existing workflows
• Familiarize with client products/services and their competitors

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Communications, Visual Communications, Media, Journalism, or related fields
• A quick and willing learner with an open mindset
• A creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions and communicate ideas in an effective and engaging manner
• A team player who can follow creative direction and produce rich and dynamic content that fits within a defined style or purpose
• An independent worker who can meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in social media content production (shooting, creating content, and editing TikToks/ Reels/ videos) is a must
• Savviness in social media content (latest trends and content creators in the YouTube/ TikTok/ Instagram/ content creation industry) is a must
• Basic knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a must
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications is a must
• Basic knowledge of 2D animation (After Effects) is a plus
