The Role

We are looking for a Content Creator Intern to support the development of engaging and culturally relevant content for a diverse portfolio of brands.

Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will work closely with strategists, creatives, account managers, and producers to bring ideas to life across social media, digital campaigns, and brand communications.

This internship will provide hands-on exposure to content ideation, social media marketing, content production, and creative development. You will have opportunities to participate in brainstorms, contribute ideas, support content shoots, and create content that connects brands with audiences across different platforms and formats.

What You'll Be Doing

• Participate in brainstorming and content ideation sessions for social media and digital campaigns.
• Research social media trends, cultural moments, creator content, and platform best practices.
• Support the development of content calendars and content plans for client accounts.
• Create content across a variety of formats, including social posts, short-form videos, captions, stories, articles, and presentation mockups.
• Assist with content shoots, production planning, talent coordination, and on-site content capture where required.
• Support editing of videos, images, and other creative assets for digital and social platforms.
• Work closely with Creative, Social, Planning, and Account Management teams to develop engaging content.
• Monitor content performance and help identify opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Explore how AI tools can support content ideation, creation, and production workflows.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about social media, content creation, storytelling, and digital culture.
• Naturally curious and always keeping up with trends, creators, memes, and emerging platforms.
• Creative thinker who enjoys generating ideas and bringing them to life.
• Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Comfortable creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging social channels.
• Familiar with content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience creating content for personal projects, school assignments, clubs, brands, or social media accounts is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or other creative AI platforms is a plus.
