About the Role

Be the face and voice of HardwareZone, Singapore's most trusted tech community. We're looking for a multiplatform content creator who can produce engaging lifestyle tech content across video, social, and digital, blending geek-level insight with everyday relevance.

For over 20 years, HardwareZone has sparked conversations, shaped buying decisions, and built one of the region's most respected names in consumer technology powered by a passionate, highly engaged community.

Roles & Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Bring tech stories to life: Conceptualise, script, present, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.

Own live moments: Cover breaking launches, product reveals, and tech events, creating real-time content that gets audiences talking.

Demystify tech: Turn jargon and specs into accessible explainers that entertain while educating.

Write with impact: Produce sharp reviews, opinion pieces, and feature articles across our digital platforms.

Engage the community: Tap into HardwareZone Forums and social platforms to spark conversations, mine stories, and build authentic connections.

Who we are looking for

WHO YOU ARE

A natural on camera: Confident, relatable, and great at storytelling.

A tech obsessive: Across gadgets, smart homes, EVs, gaming, and emerging trends.

A strong communicator: Clear, concise, and engaging in both writing and video.

Flexible and fast: Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Skilled at social video creation: At least 3 years experience producing social-first videos (scripting,

shooting, editing) using tools like CapCut or similar.

Portfolio required: Show us examples of your best video and written work.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• A degree or diploma in Journalism, Communications, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience growing a content channel or video series from scratch.
