This is a leading Multi tech Social Media company. You will work closely with the product team to define the creative standards for the next generation of digital media.
This is a 03 month contract role [open to extension]
Job Responsibilities:
Content Creation(60%)
- Conceptualize: Design compelling story arcs, character identities, and thematic structures for digital media.
- Direct AI Models: Craft high-level creative directives to guide generative models toward specific artistic styles, tones, and moods.
- Content Assembly: Produce polished, media segments (1-3 minutes) by curating and synthesizing various created components.
- Creative Iteration: Refine outputs through precise stylistic adjustments, focusing on pacing, aesthetic feel, and the selection of the best possible takes.
Quality Evaluation (25%)
- Rate AI-generated content against human-produced benchmarks on: emotional impact, visual coherence, voice naturalness, pacing, narrative hook strength
- Identify failure modes: uncanny valley moments, continuity breaks, dialogue that feels off, visual artifacts
- Maintain a quality log documenting what works, what doesn't, and patterns in output quality
Tool Feedback (15%)
- Document friction points, bugs, and workflow bottlenecks
- Suggest new features or adjustments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with Min 2-3 years experience in content creation
- Experience as Director or script writer for video contents. Having a good understanding of pacing and hook. Experience converting written content (e.g. novel) into video is preferred.
- Videos of Novels, Comics, Webtoons etc for either personal Social Media or Corporate will be an added advantage
- Well-versed in social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X
- Strong passion in AI-assisted creations
- Experience with traditional video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe, CapCut or Video-Creating AI Tools
- Ability to create videos quickly and strong understanding of how to generate viral content
