Fancy becoming a content creator and getting paid to make content for major brands We're looking for innovative, passionate individuals to join our WPP Production Creator Network. This will be our inaugural batch of content creators in Singapore.
THE BASICS
WHO This is open to anyone and everyone. No CVs or experience required, we're just interested in your creative and social talent. Crucially, we're seeking TikTok natives. Individuals who instinctively understand the platform's rhythm, latest trends (skibidi and
6-7 are dead by now), brainrot humour, and how to authentically connect with its communities.
WHAT 6 months paid internship in Content Creation.
WHERE You'll be based at our video and photography studios in One George Street, Singapore (5 days a week)

WHAT DOES THE INTERNSHIP INVOLVE
As part of the Creator Network, you will be based at our Studios at the WPP Campus on One George Street. You will be given an intensive orientation period where different teams will provide you with a thorough understanding of what goes on in the world's largest production agency creating content for the world's biggest brands. This will equip you with foundational knowledge and contacts.
Once orientation is complete, the team will get creating! You'll get the opportunity to share your ideas and make content for brands for real. A key part of your role will involve creating engaging content for WPP Production's social platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and contributing to our employer branding efforts. You may also be asked to support on live client social content shoots where needed.
This is a unique opportunity for hands-on, end-to-end creative development. Beyond contributing to existing briefs, you'll have the exciting chance to conceptualize and front your own content series ideas, taking on diverse roles such as producer, scriptwriter, videographer, editor, and even on-screen talent. This immersive experience will allow you to develop a comprehensive skillset and truly own your creative vision from start to finish.
- Week 1: Welcome week & initial orientation - get to understand WPP Production, the offering and our network.
- Weeks 2-8: Comprehensive orientation sessions with various teams (e.g., Video production, Photography, Creative, Strategy, Post-Production, Metaverse) to provide a deep dive into our capabilities and processes. You will begin your content creation journey here.
- Week 8 onwards: Deployed on real briefs, pitches, research, innovation and further development, including creating content for WPP Production's social channels, supporting client shoots, and leading the production of your own content series.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOUR SUBMISSION
We want to know what makes you, you. Show us what you got by submitting a video introduction showcasing your personality, and links to your social media platforms that highlight your content creation portfolio.
It could also include anything else (quite literally anything) so long as you can attach the link to your file in the form below. Have you created a Graphic novel, Music track, Pottery, Recipe, Comedy sketch, Dance routine, Make-Up look, Sculpture, Poetry, Illustration, Short Story If it isn't digital sending pictures of your work is all good please don't try to send us a life-sized sculpture. Go on, show us what you got!
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY APPLICATION
Once you've filled out the form and submitted your video introduction, social media links, and any other creative work, our team will review all applications and shortlist people to move onto the next phase. Phase 2 will involve us sending you an email to invite you for a chat to understand your creative vibes and passion for content creation. This will likely involve a casual discussion and a review of your work with some of our team members at our Singapore office. Phase 3, you will be given a test brief for us to review your creative capabilities!
