Prepare content packages for posting: captions, hashtags (when needed), cover frames
Generate content ideas based on brand positioning + trends (without copying like a pirate)
Maintain a simple content tracker/calendar (Google Sheets/Notion)
Suggest hooks, angles, and formats that match each platform (IG vs TikTok same brain)
Assist with shoot prep: shot list, props, basic lighting setup
Coordinate simple logistics with the team (timing, locations, approvals)
Ensure footage is backed up and organised properly (folders, naming, versions)
Basic capability in design + video editing (Canva + CapCut is acceptable)
Comfortable being involved in shooting (you don't need to be an on-camera influencer, just not allergic to cameras)
Good attention to detail (cropping, alignment, spacing, captions, spelling - yes, these matter)
Ability to take feedback and revise fast without getting emotionally attached to Version 1
Portfolio required (even if it's a Google Drive / Notion / IG / TikTok page).

Basic understanding of content performance: watch time, retention, hooks, saves, shares
