Content & Community Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Content & Community Manager role. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing and growing online communities, creating engaging content, facilitating meaningful interactions among community members, and ensuring a positive user experience. The role also involves analyzing community feedback, developing strategies to enhance member engagement, and representing the values and mission of Fad Juventud in online spaces. Daily tasks may include planning and scheduling content, monitoring engagement metrics, responding to community inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content and community strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Creative Writing
• Experience with Social Media Management and Community Engagement
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, and Campaign Planning
• Strong abilities in Communication, Collaboration, and Interpersonal Relations
• Familiarity with Analytics Tools and experience in using data for decision-making
• Proactive self-starter, organized, and able to work independently
• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
• Relevant experience or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
