Container Trucking - Traffic Controller

We are looking for an experienced Traffic Controller to manage daily operations for our container-trucking fleet.

Key Responsibilities
. Oversee and coordinate a fleet of 15 prime movers and 150 chassis
. Plan, schedule, and deploy drivers for:
- Container collection and return to yards
- Import and export moves to and from PSA and other ports
. Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to meet tight timelines
. Handle operational issues such as missed slots, yard congestion, and last-minute changes
. Coordinate closely with drivers, ports, depots, customers and internal teams

Requirements
. Proven experience managing more than 10 trucks in a container-trucking environment
. In-depth working knowledge of port and yard systems, including:
- Portnet
- MDT
- All Depot Booking systems
- Matchbox
. Proficient in using transport or dispatch systems to assign and track jobs
. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
. Familiar with PSA workflows, yard operations, and container turnaround processes
