Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Contact Centre Specialist, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and insurance support to our clients. You will assist clients with their insurance enquiries, source competitive quotations from insurers, manage policy renewals, and ensure a smooth end-to-end client experience. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and contributing to business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client enquiries by providing accurate insurance information to support their decision-making and coverage needs
  • Coordinate with insurers to obtain competitive quotations tailored to clients preferences, budgets, and benefit requirements
  • Follow up with insurers to secure timely issuance of quotations and insurance policies, ensuring seamless client experience
  • Manage insurance renewal processes by proactively contacting clients and coordinating with insurers to maintain continuous coverage
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities to enhance client engagement and contribute to business growth initiatives
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client interactions, quotations, and policy documents to facilitate efficient service delivery
