About the Team The Partnerships and Strategy Management team in Global Payment ensures a secure, professional and efficient overseas payment and financial services solution, helping businesses to unblock payment channels and effectively assisting overseas business and product expansion. This includes tasks such as building general service capabilities, payment instruction orchestration engine, etc. We are looking for a Business Analytics professional to support our international consumer finance business. You will work closely with Product, Operations, Risk and Growth teams to set goals, build KPI systems, monitor business health, identify opportunities, and drive strategy execution across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities -Goal setting & planning: Support annual/quarterly target setting for overseas consumer finance businesses across markets translate targets into OKRs, key initiatives, and resource recommendations. Standardize KPI definitions and establish a consistent tracking cadence. -OKR system & reporting: Build and maintain core OKR frameworks and business dashboards deliver daily/weekly/monthly reporting and deep-dive reviews to monitor business health and performance trends. -Business performance analysis: Conduct structured analysis aligned with business goalsperform root-cause analysis for short-term fluctuations and develop clear narratives for long-term trends to identify key issues and opportunity areas. -Decision support & strategy recommendations: Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support decisions in product, operations, risk strategy, pricing, and growth drive execution and ensure performance impact is tracked and closed-looped. -External environment monitoring: Stay on top of market/regulatory/macroeconomic changes and industry structure shifts across regions continuously iterate operating strategies based on execution feedback.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g., business analytics, strategy, business operations), including 3+ years in financial services - Experience supporting overseas or multi-market businesses is strongly preferred good understanding of product/operations differences across countries/regions. - Solid understanding of consumer finance fundamentals and key metrics (e.g., acquisition & growth, lifecycle operations, risk strategy, pricing, etc.). - Strong analytical capability: advanced Excel and SQL (able to independently extract data and conduct analysis). Preferred Qualification: - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills able to collaborate effectively across functions, time zones, and cultures. High ownership and fast learner.
