Participate in client meetings (joint calls) with Branch relationship managers and/or supervisors and provide investment sales support for after-sales servicing, follow-ups and investment sales enquiries.
Possess the ability to articulate and communicate investment insight relating to global capital markets macro-economics and current/historical investment market conditions with our clients.
Present, share and communicate regular investment updates from our investment product partners to our Branch relationship managers and supervisors.
Provide investment sales training on portfolio asset allocation, investment risk assessment and investment product solutions.
Identify investment product gaps and/or opportunities to the product team.
Assist to facilitate product trainings from our approved Fund/Asset Managers.
Assist Consumer Banking department Sales and Service Quality Management Team (SSQMT) on investment product post-sales review.
Identify product gaps and opportunities to Consumer Banking Wealth Product Team, assist and support the team in the execution of various projects, and execute placement of trades of various instruments.

Degree qualification and above in a related discipline.
More than 5 years of qualified Financial Advisory sales experience in consumer banking line.
Strong knowledge of banking and investment products (i.e. Unit Trust, Structured Products (ie ELNs, FCNs), Dual Currency Investment, Fixed Income, ETFs etc).
Must possess CMFAS M1a, M1b, M6, M6A, M8, M8A.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Self-starter and quick learner with creative problem-solving skills.
