Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Workstream Lead to drive business process improvement and ERP enablement initiatives for clients. This role involves analyzing business needs, defining future-state processes, supporting ERP deployment, and leading change initiatives across large-scale, multi-site SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Improvement:

  • Conduct business needs analysis to identify key challenges and improvement opportunities.
  • Define To-Be processes, solution application requirements, and performance measures.
  • Support deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes.

ERP Implementation & Change Management:

  • Lead workstreams in large-scale, multi-site SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, upgrades, and rollouts.
  • Ensure integration with other SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, EWM, PP, TRM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Support transformational change efforts, including organizational restructuring, capability development, and efficiency initiatives.

Client Engagement & Delivery Support:

  • Assist pursuit teams in tender access, proposal development, and winning new projects.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, communicate value propositions, and prepare complex written and verbal materials.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Supervise and mentor teams, fostering trust and collaboration within workstreams and across functional/technical teams.
  • Provide timely and meaningful feedback to staff to encourage professional growth.

Travel & Regional Support:

  • Flexibility to travel across the region as required to support client engagements.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 810+ years of experience in SAP MM, with 57 end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA application-based solutions and integration with other functional modules.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex business processes, and support ERP deployment initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand business process integration across multiple technology platforms.
  • Experience in S/4HANA conversion, implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects.
