We are seeking dynamic individuals with strong customer service skills to become part of our corporate travel management services team.
Key deliverables include:
. Servicing our corporate clients on their travel requirements.
. Supporting client management in engaging and building strong relationships with travellers & travel arrangers through email and call interactions.
. Be proactive and exercising creativity on flight & hotel options in responding to clients travel requests.
. Support sourcing of group air for meeting & incentive groups.
. Provide after-hours customer support through shift rotation.
A perfect match profile would include:
. Possesses a minimum of 2 years travel industry experience including knowledge of reservation (GDS), ticketing and fares constructions and online booking tools.
. Possesses a diploma or A level, IATA/UFTAA Diploma beneficial.
. Good communication skills in English, bilingual beneficial.
. Strong soft skills in interpersonal relationship, a positive influence and team player.
. Organized, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
