What You Will Do

The Consultant role provides essential support across client delivery, business development, and internal initiatives, ensuring the smooth execution of The Gap Partnership's advisory services. Working as part of project teams, the role contributes to the design and delivery of client engagements, supports the preparation of proposals and materials, and leverages data and research to generate insights that strengthen client outcomes.

The Consultant plays an active role in facilitating working sessions and developing deliverables, while also supporting project management and reporting activities. In addition to client-facing responsibilities, the role contributes to thought leadership, asset development, and fostering a collaborative team culture, helping to drive both client impact and the ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Lead day-to-day management of multiple consulting engagements, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met
Coordinate workstreams across research, analysis, stakeholder interviews, and client deliverables
Ensure disciplined application of methodologies in negotiation planning, analysis, and capability development

Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a primary point of contact for client managers and business stakeholders across APAC markets
Prepare and deliver progress updates, steering committee materials, and executive level presentations
Build trusted relationships with clients by anticipating needs, managing expectations, and driving proactive communication
Support commercial leads in identifying opportunities for future engagement or value expansion

Content Creation & Insight Development
Develop consulting deliverables including strategic recommendations, commercial insights, negotiation analyses, and capability-building materials
Support in the innovation of content and output delivery through contributing to internal knowledge sharing among other Project Managers and commercial leads
Contribute to internal and external initiatives such as webinars, thought leadership, and commercial proposals
Maintain the quality and consistency of company intellectual property across all project outputs

Job Requirements

What You Will Bring

Experience
2-5 years in consulting, commercial strategy, or project management in a top tier consultancy, professional services firm, or multinational company
APAC regional experience and comfort working with cross-cultural teams
Exposure to negotiation, commercial decision-making, pricing, procurement, or sales is a plus

Skills
Strong project management capability, from planning and structuring to problem solving and execution
Ability to synthesize complex information into simple, compelling narratives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) Analytical, structured thinker with a bias toward action and ownership
