- Supervise and mentor junior doctors and healthcare professionals to foster clinical competence and professional growth
- Maintain active clinical practice to provide expert medical care and stay current with medical advancements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and clinical processes
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a Basic Medical Degree and Postgraduate qualifications registrable with the Singapore Medical Council
- Possess Specialist Registration with the Singapore Medical Council accredited by the Ministry of Health Specialist Accreditation Board
- Completed specialist training accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board with at least 2 years of relevant specialist experience
