Consultant - SmartStream

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SmartStream TLM/STL reconciliation tools to streamline reconciliation processes.
• Analyze reconciliation breaks, exceptions, and discrepancies to identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Support the design and optimization of reconciliation workflows, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailoredreconciliation solutions.
• Use Thunderhead and/or Xceptor tools to enhance exception management and automation capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for reconciliation processes.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with SmartStream TLM/STL reconciliation tools.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, breaks, and exception management.
• Thunderhead and/or Xceptor experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
