Brief Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive customer acquisition and relationship management. This role offers the opportunity to engage with new and existing clients while contributing to a growing team's success.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage potential Japanese speaking customers in new markets to foster business growth.
• Strengthen and deepen relationships with existing Japanese speaking clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support their tasks and contribute to overall objectives.
• Engage in various operational and strategic activities to facilitate smooth business establishment.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
• Flexibility regarding job responsibilities and adaptability to a startup environment.
• Proficient in Japanese language to communicate with Japanese speaking clients and counterparts.
