Senior Consultant- Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
This is a Consultant/ Senior Consultant level role for a permanent role with our Client,
. The candidate to have a strong insurance domain background, not limited to IT project delivery.
. The role requires the ability to provide insurance industry insights, understand client needs, and propose appropriate business and technology solutions to clients. Insurance domain/ knowledge is the key.
. Understanding of insurance business and market, and having led and delivered engagements (market entry, business case, transformation). Business domain knowledge is determined by whether you can discuss topics such as trends, challenges, and value chains in the insurance industry.
. Must have worked in insurance or worked with insurance clients
Develop and pursue new business prospects within the insurance industry, focusing on expanding the company's market presence.
. Generate leads and manage the proposal process to drive business development.
. Oversee and deliver business and IT consulting projects within the insurance industry, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of professional working experience, with minimum 2 years of experience in consulting firm.
. Prior experience with a top-tier consulting firm or other professional consulting organizations is highly preferred.
. Must possess experience in managing the fulllife cycle of consulting projects, particularly focus on the Insurance consulting domain.
. Strong understanding of the insurance business and market, with experience in delivering engagements such as market entry, business case development, and transformation initiatives
. Experience in digital transformation, business transformation, technology implementation, growth strategy, or IT strategy is an advantage
. Strong consulting skillset including documentation, presentation, critical thinking, logical thinking, and stakeholder management
. Proven track record of successful project consulting within the insurance sector.
. Ability to present and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
. Self-motivated, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
. Independent self-starter with a strong ownership mindset
