Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in management consulting and/or project delivery within the banking or financial services industry
- Experience in designing and implementing Client Information and Client Lifecycle Management business capabilities across Retail, Corporate, Commercial, and Private Banking segments
- Hands-on exposure to Client Onboarding and Client Maintenance journeys within banks or financial institutions
- Experience working with CLM and workflow platforms such as Fenergo, Pega, or other leading CLM/KYC solutions will be a strong advantage
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and implications related to KYC, Due Diligence, Customer Profiling, and Credit
- Familiarity with industry trends, vendor solutions, and evolving product capabilities in the CLM domain
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong stakeholder communication skills
- Highly analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly understand complex regulatory and operating environments
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality, and willingness to contribute to practice growth and innovation

- Conduct structured research, data collection, and analysis to understand client needs and regulatory challenges through interviews, workshops, and document reviews
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into well-defined functional solutions across the Client Lifecycle
- Develop and present clear, concise insights and recommendations to clients through high-quality presentation decks and written deliverables
- Document project outcomes, solution designs, and implementation approaches in line with internal governance and quality standards
- Maintain close and proactive interaction with clients through regular project updates, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Support broader project delivery activities and collaborate effectively with team members across workstreams More experienced candidates will have these additional responsibilities:
- Independently own and drive one or more workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs
- Guide and mentor junior consultants by defining work packages, reviewing deliverables, and providing constructive feedback
- Lead client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, translating complex business and regulatory needs into structured solutions
- Contribute to business development activities, including topic ideation, research, proposal development, and client presentations
- Actively support practice-building initiatives by contributing to research, development of CLM assets, frameworks, and internal knowledge materials
