Job Summary:
We are seeking a consultant with experience in project management tracking project activities for Common Services area, Customer Master and Static data.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager and client PMO team in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities for Common Services area, Customer Master and Static data.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards, and progress reports.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks escalate issues proactively.
- Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly project status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Track project budgets, resource utilization, and timesheets in line with governance requirements.
- Support project governance activities, including steering committee meetings, reviews, and audit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with the client's project management framework, standards, and documentation templates.
- Coordinate with workstream leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring proper version control and repository maintenance.
- Support change request management, risk and issue tracking, and lessons learned documentation.
- Uphold consulting professionalism, confidentiality, and strong collaboration with client teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or any relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry. Over all experience not more than 15 years
- Minimum 3 years of experience in core banking or related domains and working in a consulting firm.
- Proven PMO experience, including progress tracking, issue/risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills, especially using PowerPoint.
- Operations-side experience within the banking industry, exposure to Oracle-based systems and experience working on large-scale transformation or system renewal projects is a mandatory.
