Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / PMO professional with experience in banking payments projects, preferably supporting ISO20022, SWIFT MX, or large-scale regional payment transformations projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ISO20022 Hybrid Address Format changes, SWIFT Standards Release 2026, and Local Settlement MX migration.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task lists monitor deliverables and dependencies.
- Track progress/risks/issues across branches and escalate or propose solutions as needed.
- Lead PMO activities: reporting, consolidation of updates, and creation of stakeholder-ready materials.
- Support impact analysis and planning once local authority announcements for MX migration are released.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Compliance, APAC branches) to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
- Prepare clear and structured reports, comparison analyses, and decision-making materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Visualize timelines, progress dashboards, and risk/issue summaries for management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of PM/PMO experience in banking projects, preferably in payment operations or payment systems. Overall experience not more than 15 years.
- Working experience as consultant in consulting firm as PMO or PM in banking projects is a must.
- The ideal candidate must have project governance, stakeholder management, and coordination across multiple countries and functions.
- Strong consulting skills, stakeholder communication, documentation is required.
- Project planning & management (progress tracking, scope, issues, change control, vendor communication).
- Proficiency in Excel (analysis, charts, structuring) and PowerPoint (clear, executive-level storytelling).
- Ability to coordinate across countries and functions.
- Team management and leadership skills are a plus.
