Responsibilities:

8. Explain the benefits of various salon services and treatments, ensuring clients are well-informed.

9. Product Knowledge and Sales:

11. Stay updated on the latest hair care and beauty products available in the salon.

12. Educate clients about product benefits, ingredients, and usage.

13. Assist clients in selecting and purchasing the right products for their hair care routine.

14. Hair and Scalp Health:

16. Assess hair and scalp conditions, offering advice and recommendations for maintaining healthy hair.

17. Suggest specialized treatments, such as deep conditioning or scalp massages, as needed.

18. Appointment Scheduling:

20. Assist clients in booking appointments, ensuring availability and efficient scheduling.

21. Manage appointment calendars and coordinate with salon staff to accommodate client requests.

22. Client Relations:

25. Address client inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.

26. Ensure clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their salon visit.

Qualifications:

• A background in cosmetology or beauty-related education is a plus.
