About the Role:

We are seeking a business-savvy, client-focused Consultant – AI Transformation to lead end-to-end AI transformation journeys for enterprise clients. Your core strength will be partnering with stakeholders to understand their business goals, identify opportunities, define clear value, and guide successful delivery — while working closely with our in-house technical experts to design and implement AI solutions.

Deep AI technical expertise is helpful but not mandatory; our technical team will provide guidance on solution design, architecture, and development. Candidates with strong experience in client advisory, digital transformation, and project delivery will be an excellent fit.

You will collaborate with Lead Consultants, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Solution Architects to turn concepts and use cases into deployable, scalable solutions across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Strategic Leadership

• Develop AI strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
• Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and deep-dive discussions to co-create clear adoption and transformation plans
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Advise clients on adoption, risk management, AI governance, and broader business change

Solution Design & Technical Advisory

• Support assessments of AI opportunities — including classical AI and Agentic AI — covering feasibility, value potential, and data readiness
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, solution blueprints, and implementation plans
• Collaborate with technical teams to recommend appropriate architectures, tools, and cloud services
• Conduct feasibility studies, scoping, and ROI modelling to build strong business cases
• Advise on data and AI governance, ethical practices, and responsible adoption standards

Client Engagement & Technical Leadership

• Act as a technical lead during discovery and delivery phases for assigned engagements.
• Facilitate client workshops, ideation sessions, and deep-dive technical discussions.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support advisory discussions on AI adoption, risks, and operational transformation.

Project Delivery, Operations & Management

• Guide delivery of prototypes, POCs, and MVPs alongside engineering and data teams
• Produce and maintain clear documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational guides
• Support MLOps and AIOps design and implementation — including CI/CD, deployment workflows, and model monitoring; for Agentic AI, help establish frameworks to track decision logic, tool usage, and performance reliability
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, scalability, and security standards
• Apply structured project management practices to plan, track, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with expectations

Business Development & Thought Leadership

• Support Sales and BD teams with input for proposals and solution designs
• Lead or support client demonstrations, briefings, and presentations
• Contribute to white papers, internal frameworks, and best practices

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in technology consulting, client advisory, digital transformation, or data consulting roles
• Proven track record of engaging stakeholders, leading initiatives, and delivering transformation outcomes for enterprise clients
• Experience translating business needs into structured plans and actionable roadmaps
• Exposure to data, analytics, or emerging technology and AI projects is highly valued
