In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning, while supporting clients from solution design through implementation.

AI & Data Science Consultant
(Generative AI / Agentic AI Consultant)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies
- Perform data analysis, build machine learning models, and deliver advanced analytics
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support client engagements
- Develop PoCs, demos, and prototypes to support pre-sales and business development activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI/ML application development
- Hands-on development experience with Python (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Experience in API and backend development using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
- Experience in data analysis and data modeling using SQL
- Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or React
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and DevOps practices
- Industry experience in financial services, trading companies, or supply chain businesses
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience
