CONSTUCTION MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily construction operations and project activities.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with consultants and clients.
• Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and resources to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Review technical drawings, resolve site issues, and provide engineering solutions.
• Monitor project costs, progress, and prepare reports for management.
• Conduct regular site meetings and ensure smooth project workflow.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management (building or infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of BCA, MOM, and local authority regulations.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Possess safety certifications is an advantage (e.g., WSH, BCSS, RM, CSOC).
