Job Summary
Seeking two construction site foremen to lead site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure project progress and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction site activities to ensure timely and quality completion of house construction and decoration projects
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with site workers and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols and enforce compliance to maintain a safe working environment
- Report daily progress and challenges to management to support project tracking and decision-making
- Manage resources and materials on site to optimize usage and reduce delays
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Ability to communicate in Chinese to facilitate effective coordination on site
