Construction Worker Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Worker Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and manage construction workers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The role involves supervising manpower, coordinating tasks on site, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers on site

• Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site rules

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Monitor attendance, productivity, and work quality

• Resolve site issues and report progress to management

• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly used and maintained

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role

• Strong leadership and manpower management skills

• Good knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations

• Ability to read basic drawings and follow project instructions

• Physically fit and willing to work on-site

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

• Prior experience supervising foreign workers is an advantage
