Construction Supervisor

Duties and Responsibility:
1) Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure works are carried out according to project plans and schedules.

2) Monitor and guide construction workers to ensure work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards and safety regulations.

3) Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and proper housekeeping at the construction site.

4) Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of construction works.

5) Assist in planning manpower deployment and work schedules at the construction site.

6) Check construction drawings and ensure site works are carried out according to project requirements.

7) Maintain site records including daily work progress, manpower attendance and materials delivery.

8) Attend site meetings and report work progress or issues to management.

9) Drive company vehicle when required to visit construction sites or transport small tools and materials between project locations.

10) Perform other related site supervision duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related Construction discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in constructionsite supervision preferred
• Good knowledge of construction processes and safety practices
• Ability to coordinate with workers, subcontractors and project team
• Possess valid Class 3 driving licence
• Able to travel between project sites when required
• BCSS, Work-At-Heigh (Supervisor), Scissor Lift (Supervisor) and Boomlift Certificate (Supervisor) requirement

Qualification Level
Civil Engineering Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering
