Introduction:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Building Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and the ability to manage construction activities effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and monitor assigned construction projects from start to completion within schedule and quality standards
- Supervise construction workers and daily site activities
- Ensure all site works comply with safety regulations and safe work procedures
- Report work progress to the project team and management
- Interpret and execute work based on M&E and construction drawings
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth operations
- Monitor material usage and control site wastage
- Prepare quotations, progress reports, and claims
- Coordinate site activities including material purchases and receivables handling
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or site-related issues
- Prepare and maintain site safety documents and checklists
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization
- Submit daily and weekly work progress reports to management
- Assist in project scheduling and manpower planning
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Additionally Need Painting-Related Responsibilities:

- Supervise painting works including surface preparation, priming, and final finishing
- Inspect surfaces and ensure proper cleaning, sanding, patching, and treatment before painting
- Ensure correct selection and application of paint systems according to specifications
- Monitor paint quality, color consistency, and finishing standards
- Coordinate with suppliers for paint materials and related consumables
- Check and control paint material usage to minimize wastage
- Ensure proper storage and handling of paints, chemicals, and tools
- Conduct mock-up samples and obtain approvals before mass application
- Ensure painting works are carried out according to safety and environmental regulations
- Supervise touch-up works and final finishing before project handover
- Maintain painting work records, inspection reports, and material logs
- Coordinate painting schedules with other site activities to avoid delays
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering or related field
- Relevant experience in building construction or site supervision preferred
- Knowledge of construction and M&E drawings
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with BIM and AutoCAD is an advantage
- Knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage site documentation and reporting
- Able to work shifts or extended hours when required by project needs
