Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operations, workers and contractors
Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of the organization's project and solutions
Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at the site (Technical matters)
Supervised the site works on a day-to-day basis and issues relating to a given project.
Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specifications and work schedule
Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors
To manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers
shift work and weekend duty is required
hands-on for site work such as formwork & rebar practical coaching and training for new workers
Able to speak English to communicate/arrange job with workers in different country
