Responsibilities
- Lead daily construction site operations to meet project schedules and deadlines
- Coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor workers attendance, work progress, safety compliance, and quality standards on site
- Enforce adherence to safety regulations and company procedures throughout construction activities
- Organize and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for daily site tasks
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed progress reports to management
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to maintain project timelines
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated experience supervising and coordinating construction site workers
- Knowledge and application of construction site safety requirements
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and follow project instructions
- Capability to work under pressure and maintain responsibility for site operations
- Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as project demands
