Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project plan, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Assign tasks and provide instructions to workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor progress, inspect work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with project manager, engineers, and stakeholders on work schedules, materials, manpower allocation, and project updates.
Ensure all workers follow safety rules and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain daily site records, such as manpower log, work progress report, and incident report.
Identify and resolve any site issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings regularly.
