Join Our Team as a Construction Supervisor
We are seeking motivated and independent individuals to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, implement, and monitor assigned projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery and desired quality standards. Support the Management in coordination, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Supervise the deployment team to ensure safe practices, high-quality work, and on-time project delivery.
- Oversee site administration, including workplace safety compliance and control of materials/equipment.
- Coordinate and supervise site operations, workers, and vendors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule. Participate in daily site meetings and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITE/technical qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in project supervision or site management preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards will be an advantage.
